Our Services
Full Property Management
We handle the whole job: tenant screening, leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and inspections. Owners get a seamless AppFolio portal — accounting in one place, real-time ledgers, rent due and paid tracking, and work orders you can follow as they happen. Our fee is 10% of rents collected — and if rent isn't collected, we're not paid. Every property manager is a realtor, but not every realtor is a property manager.
Tenant Placement
Want to manage the property yourself but dread the tenant hunt? We market the home, run showings in person, screen applicants, and place a qualified tenant — then hand you the keys. Prefer we stay on? Placement rolls straight into full management.

Vertex Property Management Group is owned and run by Howard Pena and his wife, Isled — not a call center. Howard has been a licensed Florida Realtor since 2007; Isled runs the marketing behind Vertex. We're based in Wesley Chapel and Brooksville, serve owners and renters across Tampa Bay in English and Spanish, and when you call, you get one of us.
